John Straub was the Special Assistant to the President and Director of the White House Office of Administration in the Executive Office of the President (EOP) until September 2006. In this capacity, Mr. Straub was responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the EOP including serving as CFO and CIO, as well as managing security, facilities, human resources, and travel. Mr. Straub also served in the George H.W. Bush Administration. Before joining the George W. Bush Administration, Mr. Straub served as an Associate Dean for Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. Earlier in his career, Mr. Straub served as Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the United States House of Representatives.
